Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using michellesnow360.com and any associated services, programs, or communications (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Michelle Snow 360 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, video, audio, logos, trademarks, and the Built 4 The Moment™ framework and materials — is the property of Michelle Snow 360 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without express written permission.

Press-kit assets may be used solely to promote a confirmed, contracted speaking engagement with Michelle Snow. All other use of Michelle Snow's name, image, likeness, recordings, or materials requires a written license. See our NIL / Image License Policy.

3. Speaking Engagements and Services

Any speaking engagement, workshop, or consulting service is governed by a separate written agreement (contract) between you and Michelle Snow 360. Submitting a speaking inquiry or contact form does not constitute a binding contract. An engagement is confirmed only upon execution of a signed agreement and receipt of the required deposit.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Michelle Snow 360, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed $100.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Michelle Snow 360 and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embed third-party content (such as videos or podcasts). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites and do not endorse them. Your interaction with third-party content is at your own risk.

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, your use of our SMS program is governed by our SMS / Text Messaging Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be submitted to informal negotiation by contacting us at Support@MichelleSnow360.com. If not resolved informally within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
