Why This Talk

Change is the permanent condition.

Teams are not struggling with change because they are weak. They are struggling because no one ever taught them how to move through it with skill.

Built 4 The Moment gives them that skill. It draws on a career pivoting across elite sport, global basketball, corporate product leadership, and entrepreneurship to deliver a framework that is not theoretical.

It is practiced. Tested. And transferable to any team, any industry, any moment.

What Your Audience Walks Away With

  • The three-part pivot framework they can use Monday morning
  • Language to talk about disruption without triggering resistance
  • Team tools for recalibrating when the playbook stops working
  • A new relationship between discomfort and performance
  • Confidence grounded in action, not attitude

The Framework

The 3-Part Journey.

01

The Setup.

See the change before it sees you. Change does not announce itself. Learn to read the signal before the disruption.

02

The Pivot.

Make the move on purpose. A pivot is a decision, not a panic. Build the plan on what you have now.

03

The Move.

Change becomes the move, not the loss. Confidence is not the absence of pressure. It is deciding to move through it.

FAQ

What planners ask before they book.

Bringing in a speaker is a real decision. Here are straight answers to the logistics, the budget questions, and the myths worth clearing up — so you can decide with confidence.

Booking & Logistics

Start by submitting your event details through the booking form at michellesnow360.com/book, or call and text 1-866-808-4769 for a same-day human reply. From there we schedule a short Fit Call to confirm your goals, dates, and format, then send contracting. For urgent or replacement-speaker needs, go to michellesnow360.com/last-minute.

For major conferences and annual events, 9 to 18 months gives you the most choice and promotional runway. Corporate summits and L&D programs typically book 4 to 6 months out, and internal team events are often workable in 6 to 10 weeks. That said, Michelle keeps select short-notice windows open — if your date is close, reach out and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Fees vary by event format, travel, and scope, and there are options both under and over $15,000. We keep pricing off the public site because the right number depends on your specifics. Submit the booking form and, once your Fit Call is scheduled, we will walk through pricing for your event and give you exact figures on that call — no guessing, no pressure.

Yes. Michelle speaks nationally and internationally. For in-person events, travel and related expenses are quoted separately from the speaking fee and confirmed in writing before you sign, so there are no surprises. We work with your team to keep travel efficient and predictable.

Absolutely. Built 4 The Moment is delivered virtually, in person, or hybrid, and the virtual version is built for the format — it is interactive and camera-forward, not a slide deck read aloud. Virtual sessions are also a cost-effective option when travel budgets are tight or timelines are short.

After your Fit Call we send a clear written agreement covering scope, date, fee, travel, and cancellation and postponement terms up front. A deposit secures your date and the balance is due per the agreement. If plans shift, our postponement terms are designed to protect your date wherever possible rather than penalize a change you did not choose.

Yes, recording and rebroadcast are available as an add-on so people who could not attend live still get the message. Rights and the licensing window are agreed in advance in your contract, and a rebroadcast license is one of the most common ways teams extend the value of a single engagement.

Fit, Value & the Myths

That is the most common myth, and it is a fair worry — a lot of change talks are 45 minutes of feel-good with nothing to hold onto Monday. Built 4 The Moment is built around an actual framework, the MBA: Mindset, Beliefs, Action, delivered through a 3-part journey your team can run again on the next challenge. People leave with a repeatable play, not just a good feeling.

Every engagement starts with a customization call and an audience pre-assessment, so Michelle walks in knowing what your people are actually facing — the restructure, the new technology, the market shift, the pivot no one saw coming. The framework stays consistent because it works; the stories, language, and examples are tailored to your audience and industry.

No — and chasing an industry-specific speaker is often a mistake. Change, pressure, and performance are human problems, not industry problems. Michelle has moved from elite sport to a product leadership role at Nike to the stage, and that range is exactly why the message lands across Fortune 500 teams, associations, schools, and military audiences alike. The customization call bridges the rest.

Skeptical, tired audiences are the ones Michelle is built for. She does not talk down to a room or pretend change is easy — she names the exhaustion directly, then gives people a way to take back control instead of bracing for the next hit. The pre-assessment surfaces where the resistance is so the talk meets your team where they actually are.

The clearest way to think about it: a speaker is an investment in an outcome, not a line item for stage time. The right one shifts how hundreds of people show up long after the event, sets the tone for your entire program, and reduces the risk of a forgettable meeting. Define the behavior change you want before you book, and judge the fee against that — not against the clock.

Not necessarily. There are options both under and over $15,000, and format choices — virtual, a shorter session, or a regional in-person date — can bring the investment in line with a leaner budget. Tell us your range on the Fit Call. If we are not the right fit for your budget, we will say so early rather than waste your time.

Because the goal is not a motivation spike — it is a tool your team keeps. The MBA framework and the 3-part journey are designed to be reused on the next change, and optional add-ons like a post-event 30-day team check-in and a custom workbook exist specifically to keep the message working after the applause stops.

The Experience & Impact

It is Michelle Snow's signature keynote and training experience. It teaches teams how to handle change through a 3-part journey — see the change before it sees you (The Setup), make the pivot on purpose (The Pivot), and let change become the move instead of the loss (The Move) — all built on the MBA: Mindset, Beliefs, Action.

Keynote addresses, half-day and full-day workshops and leadership training, fireside chats and panels, interactive team experiences, and multi-session programs. Each is available virtually or in person, and we will recommend the format that best fits your goals, room, and timeline on the Fit Call.

Change management, leadership under pressure, resilience, performance mindset, and AI in the workplace. Signature titles include Built 4 The Moment, The MBA Nobody Gave You, Pivot-Proof, Performance Under Pressure, Lead Like the Lion, and In the AI Moment.

Yes. Michelle speaks to leadership and sales teams, associations, chambers of commerce, entrepreneurial conferences, and women's leadership summits, and also to schools, universities, and U.S. military bases. If your audience is facing change they did not choose, the message fits.

Time for one customization call and a quick audience pre-assessment, plus standard AV — a reliable mic, screen or projector, and stable internet for virtual or hybrid. We send a simple technical checklist ahead of time and coordinate directly with your AV team so the day runs clean.

The framework is designed to be run again, and optional add-ons extend it: a post-event 30-day team check-in, a recording or rebroadcast license, and a custom team workbook. The intent is simple — your team should still be using the play weeks later, not just remembering a good talk.

Still have a question? Ask it directly — you will get a same-day human reply, not a form letter.
