SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These SMS / Text Messaging Terms govern your participation in any text messaging program operated by Michelle Snow 360 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms are part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Program Description

By opting in, you may receive text messages from Michelle Snow 360 including but not limited to: speaking engagement confirmations and reminders, event updates, newsletter announcements, promotional content related to Michelle Snow's speaking programs and resources, and responses to inquiry forms where you have provided your phone number and requested a reply by text.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by:

• Checking the SMS opt-in box on a contact, inquiry, or sign-up form on michellesnow360.com
• Texting a keyword to our designated short code or long code as instructed on the Site
• Providing your phone number and explicit written or electronic consent in connection with a speaking engagement inquiry

By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission, you are 18 years of age or older, and you consent to receive text messages at the phone number provided.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on your inquiry status and subscription type. Transactional messages (e.g., booking confirmations) may be sent as needed.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Michelle Snow 360 is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After receiving your STOP message, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive messages from our program. You may re-enroll at any time by opting in again as described in Section 2.

7. Privacy

Your phone number and text messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number to third parties. We may share your number with our SMS platform provider for the sole purpose of delivering messages.

8. Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Availability may vary. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by carrier networks.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
