Name, Image, and Likeness License

Nobody uses Michelle Snow's name, image, likeness, framework, recordings, or materials without a written license. This page explains permitted use and how to request a license for any use that falls outside an active booking.

Press-kit assets may be used to promote a confirmed engagement. All other use of Michelle Snow's name, image, likeness, recordings, or materials requires a written license. Request a license at Support@MichelleSnow360.com.

License Tiers

01

Event-Promotion Use

Included with confirmed booking

Press-kit assets — including approved photos, bio text, headshots, and the reel link — may be used to promote a confirmed engagement on the client's owned channels. This license is granted automatically upon execution of a signed speaking agreement and deposit. It does not extend to third-party distribution, resale, or commercial use beyond the single confirmed event.

No additional fee. Granted through press-kit terms.

02

Recording or Rebroadcast

Internal use add-on

A recording or rebroadcast license permits the client to record the live keynote or workshop and distribute it internally, for example on an internal LMS, intranet, or a recorded all-hands archive. This license does not permit public broadcast, third-party distribution, or commercial monetization of the recording. Scope, term, and format are defined in the speaking agreement add-on.

Paid add-on. Rate on request. Scoped in the speaking proposal.

03

Train-the-Trainer or Content Licensing

Built 4 The Moment program license

This license permits an organization to run the Built 4 The Moment program internally after the keynote engagement, using Michelle Snow's framework, workbook, and facilitation materials. Facilitators must be designated in writing. The license does not transfer intellectual property ownership. Scope, term, territory, and renewal are defined in a separate licensing agreement.

Paid. Scoped and priced per proposal. Contact for details.

04

Sponsorship, Endorsement, or NIL

Paid agreement required

Any commercial use of Michelle Snow's name, image, or likeness — including brand partnerships, product endorsements, advertising, social media campaigns, and sponsored content — requires a separate written NIL agreement negotiated in advance. The WNBA and Nike platform makes this a relevant and active revenue category. All such uses are subject to approval and are not transferable.

Paid. Separate agreement required. Contact to discuss.

General Terms

All licenses are granted in writing only. Verbal agreements and implied permissions do not constitute a license. Use that begins before a signed agreement is in place is unauthorized and subject to remedy.

Recording, rebroadcast, and NIL clauses are tied into the standard speaking agreement so that event-day use is covered at contracting, not after the fact.

Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. A license granted to one organization does not extend to subsidiaries, affiliates, or partner organizations without written amendment.

Intellectual property ownership — including the Built 4 The Moment framework, workbook content, and all derivatives — remains with Michelle Snow 360 in all cases. Licensing grants a right of use; it does not transfer ownership.

This page is an informational framework and not legal advice. All license terms are governed by the written agreement between the parties. Have an attorney review any agreement before signing.
