DMCA / Copyright Policy
Michelle Snow 360 — Effective date: July 2, 2026
Michelle Snow 360 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of michellesnow360.com to do the same. This policy describes our procedures for responding to copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on michellesnow360.com infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list)
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Site (URL or sufficient description to locate it)
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed from the Site in error, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Michelle Snow 360 may be found)
Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, the removed material may be restored.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, Michelle Snow 360 reserves the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of third-party copyrights.
