Anti-Spam Policy

Michelle Snow 360 — Effective date: July 2, 2026

Michelle Snow 360 is committed to responsible, permission-based communication. This Anti-Spam Policy outlines our practices for email, SMS, and other electronic communications, and explains how to report potential violations.

1. Our Commitment

We do not send unsolicited commercial messages. All marketing and promotional messages from Michelle Snow 360 are sent only to individuals who have:

  • Submitted a contact or inquiry form on michellesnow360.com and indicated interest in receiving communications
  • Subscribed to our newsletter or mailing list with explicit opt-in consent
  • Opted in to our SMS program in accordance with our SMS / Text Messaging Terms
  • Otherwise provided affirmative, informed consent to receive communications from us

2. Compliance with CAN-SPAM and TCPA

All email communications from Michelle Snow 360 comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.) and applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Specifically, we:

  • Identify ourselves clearly in the “From” name and email address
  • Use accurate, non-deceptive subject lines
  • Include our physical mailing address in all commercial email messages
  • Provide a clear, working unsubscribe mechanism in every marketing email
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days for email; immediately for SMS)
  • Do not use harvested, purchased, or scraped email lists for outbound marketing

3. Prohibited Practices

Michelle Snow 360 does not engage in, and prohibits the use of our name, brand, or any impersonation of our communications for:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email or SMS (spam)
  • Using false or misleading header information
  • Using deceptive subject lines or content
  • Failing to honor opt-out requests
  • Sending messages to purchased or scraped contact lists
  • Phishing, spoofing, or impersonating Michelle Snow 360 or its representatives

4. How to Unsubscribe

  • Email: Click the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of any marketing email
  • SMS: Reply STOP to any text message (see our SMS Terms)
  • Direct request: Email Support@MichelleSnow360.com with the subject “Unsubscribe”

5. Reporting Spam or Abuse

If you believe you have received an unsolicited message claiming to be from Michelle Snow 360, or if you believe someone is impersonating us, please report it to:

  • Email: Support@MichelleSnow360.com with the subject “Spam Report”
  • You may also report suspicious email to your email provider or the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov

6. Third-Party Senders

If Michelle Snow 360 engages third-party email or SMS service providers, those providers are contractually required to comply with this policy and all applicable anti-spam laws.
