By using the Site, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in removal of access, legal action, or both.

• Submit legitimate speaking, partnership, or licensing inquiries
• Subscribe to our newsletter or text messaging program with your own contact details
• Take the Change-Readiness Assessment for personal or organizational evaluation purposes
• Download press-kit assets solely to promote a confirmed speaking engagement with Michelle Snow
• Share links to Site content on social media or in professional communications

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission
• Use Michelle Snow's name, image, likeness, or materials without a written license (see the NIL License Policy)
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiry forms or contact information
• Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited bulk communications

• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or interfere with systems
• Impersonate Michelle Snow 360 or any of its representatives
• Engage in conduct that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or harmful to any person
• Use the Site or its content to train, fine-tune, or build AI or machine learning models without express written permission
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Site without written authorization

Any content you submit to the Site (including inquiry forms, assessment responses, or messages) must not:

• Be false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Contain obscene, offensive, or harassing content
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Include personal or financial information about third parties without their consent

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Built 4 The Moment™ framework, blog posts, assessment tools, images, and design, is the intellectual property of Michelle Snow 360 unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and to take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, blocking access, and pursuing civil or criminal remedies. We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies in connection with violations of this AUP.
